    Shipping Policy

    1. Overview

    This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered when you purchase from Savenco (the "Store"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below, in addition to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

    2. Where we ship

    We are based in the United Kingdom and ship from within the UK.

    United Kingdom: We currently ship to most addresses within the UK, including mainland and many remote areas. Some locations may have longer delivery times.

    International: We may offer shipping to selected countries outside the UK. If your country is available, it will appear as an option at checkout along with estimated delivery times and costs. If your country does not appear, we do not currently ship there.

    3. Order processing times

    We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible during our working hours (Monday–Friday: 5am–3pm GMT).

    • Most orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
    • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will typically be processed on the next working day.

    During busy periods (such as sales, holidays or new launches), processing may take slightly longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you by email.

    4. Delivery times

    Delivery time refers to the time it takes for the courier to deliver your order once it has been dispatched, and is in addition to our processing time.

    Typical estimated delivery windows are:

    • UK standard delivery: approx. 2–5 working days after dispatch.
    • UK express (if offered): approx. 1–2 working days after dispatch.
    • International: varies by country and service; estimates will be shown at checkout.

    These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, bad weather, customs processing, strikes, or high seasonal volumes.

    5. Shipping fees and free shipping

    Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, order weight/size and any active promotions.

    • Any available free shipping thresholds or offers will be clearly shown on the Store.
    • If you apply a discount code or promotion, this may or may not affect eligibility for free shipping depending on the terms of the offer.

    Unless clearly stated otherwise, original shipping fees are not refundable if you return your order, except in cases where we delivered a faulty or incorrect item (see our Refund Policy for full details).

    6. Order tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, we will usually send you a shipping confirmation email which may include a tracking link or number, depending on the service used.

    You can use this tracking information (where available) to follow your parcel’s progress. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

    7. Delivery address and failed deliveries

    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes your house/flat number, street, postcode, and any necessary delivery instructions or access information.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details; or
    • Parcels that cannot be delivered or are returned to us because you did not collect them, rearrange delivery, or respond to courier notifications.

    If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can:

    • Re-send the order (where possible) once you have confirmed the correct address and paid any additional shipping charges; or
    • Offer a refund for the product price only, minus any reasonable costs incurred, in line with our Refund Policy.

    8. Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)

    For orders shipped outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by your local customs authority or courier.

    • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees at checkout.
    • You are responsible for paying any such additional amounts to receive your parcel.
    • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country and order value.

    If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we may refund the product price only (once received), minus any shipping and return costs charged to us by the courier, where applicable.

    9. Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

    Delays:

    If your order appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please first check:

    • The tracking information (if available);
    • Any delivery cards or notifications left by the courier;
    • Whether another member of your household, neighbour or building reception has accepted it.

    If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us at savenco.co223@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.

    Lost parcels:

    A parcel will typically be considered "lost" only after the courier has completed their investigation and confirmed it cannot be recovered. At that point, and subject to the courier’s decision, we will usually:

    • Send a replacement at no extra cost; or
    • Offer a refund for the affected items, including standard shipping where appropriate.

    Damaged parcels:

    If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

    • Take clear photos of the parcel and damaged items; and
    • Contact us as soon as possible at savenco.co223@gmail.com with your photos and order number.

    We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

    10. Pre-orders, backorders and out-of-stock items

    From time to time, certain items may be offered on a pre-order or may be temporarily out of stock.

    • If an item is on pre-order, an estimated dispatch or release date will usually be shown on the product page.
    • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together when all items are available, or separately at our discretion. This will be communicated on the product page or at checkout where possible.

    If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund for the affected item(s).

    11. Changes and cancellations

    We start processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at savenco.co223@gmail.com as quickly as possible with your order number and the change requested.

    We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or been dispatched. In that case, you may need to wait for delivery and then request a return in line with our Refund Policy.
