    Refund & Returns Policy

    1. Overview

    We want you to actually feel a difference when you travel with Savenco®. If you try our products and don’t feel they’re right for you, we aim to make returns simple and clear.

    This Refund & Returns Policy explains how our 60-day money-back guarantee works, when you can request a refund, and what to expect from us.

    2. Our 60-day money-back guarantee

    You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to try your Savenco® product. If you don’t feel a clear improvement in comfort while travelling, you can request a refund of the product price.

    During this period you are welcome to use the product as intended (for example, on flights or journeys). Light, normal signs of use are acceptable. However, we may refuse or reduce a refund if the item is returned:

    • Heavily damaged, stained, or altered; or
    • In an unhygienic condition that cannot be safely re-handled.

    3. How to start a return

    To start a return, please email us at savenco.co223@gmail.com with:

    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you’d like to return
    • A brief reason for the return

    We’ll reply during our working hours (Monday–Friday: 5am–3pm GMT) with the next steps, including the correct return address and any reference you should include in the parcel. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this can delay your refund.

    4. Return shipping costs

    If the item is not faulty or damaged:

    If you are returning a product because you’ve changed your mind, don’t like the feel, or it simply isn’t right for you, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

    If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect:

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Where we confirm a fault or error, we will usually:

    • Offer a replacement at no extra cost; or
    • Offer a full refund, including reasonable return shipping where applicable.

    5. Condition of returned items

    To help us process your refund smoothly, please:

    • Return all parts of the product (e.g. pillow and cover);
    • Where possible, include the original packaging or a protective alternative;
    • Ensure the product is clean, dry, and securely packaged.

    We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where items show signs of misuse or damage beyond normal trial use.

    6. Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email that we’ve received it and whether your refund has been approved.

    If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Banks and payment providers typically take 3–10 business days to show the funds, depending on their processing times.

    Unless otherwise stated, we refund the product price only. Original shipping costs are usually not refundable, except where we delivered a faulty or incorrect product.

    7. Exchanges

    We don’t currently offer like-for-like exchanges through the website. If you’d like a different colour or variant, the simplest option is:

    • Return the original item for a refund (where eligible); and
    • Place a new order for the item you prefer.

    For damaged or faulty items, we may send a replacement instead of asking you to place a new order, depending on stock and the nature of the issue.

    8. Late or missing refunds

    If we have confirmed your refund but you have not received it after 10 business days:

    • First check your bank or card statement again;
    • Contact your bank or card provider, as there may be a processing delay;
    • If you still do not see it, email us at savenco.co223@gmail.com with your order number.

    9. International orders

    For customers outside the UK, return shipping costs and delivery times may be higher. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged on returns into or out of your country, unless we have clearly stated otherwise in writing.

    10. Your statutory rights

    This Refund & Returns Policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or remove your statutory rights.
